Can coloring really help de-stress? According to many experts it can! I always tell my students, you have to find techniques, strategies, and activities that work for you. For some, coloring does the trick, for others they may choose to go for a run, read a book, or write in a journal. The bottom line is you need to build your toolbox for wellness and stress management. Hopefully some of the activities we do in health class and that you find here to get you on the right path of peace and tranquility!!
